What I offer

Services

I provide consulting, facilitation and coaching for businesses and not-for-profit organisations across four areas of work. Each engagement is tailored to your context.

01

Team building

Team effectiveness workshop

The closer and more committed a team is, the more effective and rewarding their work becomes. Workplace relationships can break down easily, damaging morale and unity. In The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, Patrick Lencioni identifies five features of a team that fails: absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance of accountability, and inattention to results.

Lencioni's assessment forms the basis of this workshop. I bring your team together, help them identify their existing dysfunctions, and work with you to grow a more harmonious and productive workplace.

Not finance. Not strategy. Not technology. It is teamwork that remains the ultimate competitive advantage, both because it is so powerful and so rare.

Leadership development

Enneagram profiling

Personality profiling tools commonly focus on behaviour. The Enneagram helps you understand why you behave the way you do, exploring underlying motivations, patterns and values. Each of the nine Enneagram styles represents a world view and archetype that shapes how you relate to the world, others and yourself. It is a powerful tool for growing leadership maturity, resilience and communication, and for naming self-limiting beliefs.

I offer individual profiling, which includes an introduction to the Enneagram, your Standard Profile Report and a personal debriefing session, and a team package, which adds individual participant debriefs and a Team Dynamics Workshop. Sessions run online or in person.

360° reviews

360° reviews are a process of reflection that helps managers and employees grow and improve. They are designed for managers who want a safe, structured way to review staff, encouraging honest reflection, balanced feedback and shared learning, not simply performance management.

The review gathers insights on a person from those who work alongside them, those they report to and those they manage. The process moves through six steps: setup, reviewer selection, feedback gathering, analysis, a facilitated feedback conversation, and a practical development plan.

As an external facilitator, I provide a confidential and impartial process. Reporting is de-identified and thematic, so comments are never attributed to individuals. Reviews can run online, face to face, or as a hybrid, to suit your context and budget. All options include a written report and facilitated debrief.

Leadership Practices Inventory

The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) measures five key practices of exemplary leadership across thirty behavioural markers, drawing on the leader's own assessment and feedback from the people they work with. I use it to give leaders a clear, evidence-based picture of how they lead now and where to focus their growth, followed by a debrief and development conversation.

03

Cultural change

Exit interviews

Exit interviews with departing employees provide an opportunity to obtain honest feedback on their experience. This gives invaluable insight into the workplace and prompts useful reflection for management. I provide skilled and independent facilitation to manage this process, reporting themes rather than attributing comments.

Action learning groups

Action learning brings together a group of three to six people to work on real workplace problems through joint reflection. The group becomes a safe place to test thinking, build communication skills and grow a habit of learning together. Over time this collaborative reflection shifts culture, because people carry the practice back into their everyday work. I establish and facilitate action learning groups within organisations or across them.

Innovation

Business Model Canvas

The Business Model Canvas describes how your organisation creates and delivers value on a single page, across nine building blocks: customer segments, value proposition, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key activities, key resources, key partners and cost structure.

I facilitate workshops that map your current business model, expose the assumptions it rests on, and test new ideas before you commit resources to them. The canvas gives a leadership team a shared picture to work from, which makes conversations about change faster and more concrete.
