Phil McCredden

My passion is helping leaders and teams build workplaces where people bring their best.

I am the principal consultant of Adapte Leadership and an experienced leader, facilitator, trainer and coach. For more than twenty years I have worked with a range of corporate and not-for-profit organisations, in leadership roles of my own and as an external consultant. I hold a Bachelor of Theology majoring in counselling and a Master of Arts majoring in leadership.

My work spans team development, leadership coaching, organisational review, performance evaluation and exit interviews. In every engagement I listen first. In my view the people closest to the work usually hold the insight an organisation needs, and my job is to build the trust and structure that lets it surface. That is why my approach leans on facilitation and coaching rather than handed-down answers.

I am based in Melbourne and work with clients in all Australian states, online and in person.
